Since we are Italians, we have combined these 2 Worlds, using the wonderful local clay we built a Wood Fired Oven to experiment all kind of Pizza.

Another book from American baker Peter Reinhart, American Pie is focused on the author’s journey to find the best pizza recipe for every different style.

Unfortunately the recipes are without weights or baker’s percentages which makes hard to understand the exact quantity of the ingredients to use. Still, if you are already a bit navigated in the pizza making this is a nice cookbook to have.
